- Will I own this channel forever?

Your channel will expired if you leave it unidentified
within 21days or longer depend on your Network Setting.
Some network will e-mail notice you 3 days before your nick expired.

- How to add a registered nick into my Auto +o access list?

Simple command just type:
/ChanServ AOP #<channel> ADD <nick>

Ex: /ChanServ AOP #Cambodia Add Auspice
