Your nick will expired if you leave it unidentified
within 21days or other depend on Network Setting.
Some network will e-mail notice you 3 days before your nick expired.

- I want to hide my e-mail from being show in public, what should I do?

Simply command just type:
/NickServ Set HideMail on
